Time to make the Confit

IMG_1605Our Backyard Grapes are ready to harvest.  With the warm weather their aroma from the vine has been so sweet.   Going to use my usual Confit Recipe with Red Onion and Balsamic Vinegar, but substituting Maple Sugar for Brown Sugar as I picked some up a jar on recent Quebec travels.
