I’m a little picky about my coffee. I like it strong. So strong that my mother in law once asked me -“Is that the way you like it? Or do you not know how to make it?”

The other thing I’m picky about is half and half. I know, I know, it’s high in calories and saturated fats. I’ve tried all the plant based options, Almond, coconut, oat and soy, but they just aren’t as creamy. Yes, I’ve tried heating milk and frothing it, but it’s not as thick.
