
When our children were little our Easter Egg hunts always contained one special golden egg. This one usually held the Lindt gold foil bunny, while the others were jelly beans and M&Ms.

Now that those Easter Egg Hunt days are in our rear view mirror, I decided to turn the golden eggs into Easter Fortune eggs- a la the more famous fortune cookie:)

We printed the list, and cut the fortune slips to fill our golden eggs. Ta Da! A new Easter tradition is born:)
Of course you can also write out your own fortunes on paper to hide in the eggs, but no one can read my handwriting any more 😂
