Here’s an easy way to make a candle using any heat proof container you have on hand –
Teacups – goblets – jars seashells (scallops, surf clams, oyster shells)
You can repurpose your thrift finds or hand me downs.
Sand Wax is also called Pearl Wax. You pour it into your container and add a wick and you’re done.
You can add essential oils for scented candles – like citronella for outdoor use to keep bugs away.
Even better …. it floats – so you can fill a glass with water – submerge a flower or vase filler or shells, pour the wax on top to create a floating candle.
It comes in a rainbow of colors so you can make all kinds of layered and mixed designs.
Your creation is reusable – you remove the melted wax and can use the wick again.
