Beat the heat with witch hazel and peppermint oil in a spray bottle

Cooling Spray Recipe:

  • 2 oz. distilled water: Provides the base for the spray.

  • 5-10 drops Peppermint essential oil:Offers a cooling and refreshing sensation.

Instructions

  1. Measure the distilled water into a clean glass measuring cup.
  2. Add the witch hazel and essential oils.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 2 oz. spray bottle.
  5. Shake well before each use to ensure the oils are dispersed.
  6. Spray a few inches away from the skin, avoiding the eyes and sensitive areas.

Store in fridge for more cooling relief…. You can also add lavender oil or aloe vera.
