Suddenly, everybody is selling cheese in cubes….from Cracker Barrel to Target…. even Boursin has entered the fray.

They’re easy and fun. Throw in a salad. Add to a charcuterie board. Make kebabs. Great time savers and a lot less packaging.

Nice for on the go snacking in cups. I first spotted this idea in a hospital cafeteria and went right home and copied it.

We keep them on hand for our dogs too- aka The CheeseTax- of TikTok fame. No more unpeeling string cheese and cutting them up.
Up until now, we had relied on laughing cow, baby bell, belgioso mozzarella pearls and brie bites, but frankly, they have a lot of packaging to get through. The cubes are much easier.
Cheese cubes are also easy to use in recipes too with less filler than shredded cheese. Frittata anyone? It’s a win-win in our kitchen.
