We love using Mason Jars with Lighted Lids to create snow scenes that light up
I buy the lids at Joann Fabrics. Part of the “Transform Mason” line that they carry. They use AA batteries and last a long time. As a Bonus you can also use them as lanterns if it actually does snow and your power goes out.
