Growing Mushrooms

Picked up this kit from The Natick Farmers’ Market last week. Have been Misting for about 5 days and suddenly they popped out last night. Supposedly they are going to be Oyster Mushrooms
A change from my usual windowsill harvest of Bean Sprouts
